Greetings! I’m Austin Kolb, a driven and ambitious Senior at Penn State University, where I’m pursuing a major in Agribusiness along with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. My academic journey takes place within the esteemed College of Agricultural Sciences. I approach life with high expectations, not only for myself but also for those who surround me. My character is characterized by determination, hard work, honesty, and an unwavering commitment to detail. In every endeavor, I consistently deliver my best effort, no matter the circumstances.

A significant facet of my academic and personal identity is my deep involvement in the world of agriculture, with a particular focus on the Dairy Industry. My journey in this field began by showing dairy cattle for several years, igniting a passion for dairy judging. In 2022, I proudly represented Penn State as a member of the Dairy Judging Team. My dedication to the industry has yielded numerous accomplishments and a profound understanding of the intricacies that shape it.

Beyond my involvement in agriculture, I actively participate in the Penn State Dairy Science Club and the Agribusiness Management Club. These organizations have provided a platform for me to connect with like-minded individuals, share knowledge, and contribute to the agricultural community.

Intriguingly, I’ve recently ventured into the realm of real estate, thanks to a transformative summer internship at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Nashville, Tennessee. This experience has broadened my horizons and instilled a newfound passion for real estate, particularly in the commercial sector. I see immense potential in the intersection of real estate and agriculture, which I believe is a burgeoning field ripe with opportunities.

Looking ahead to the post-college chapter of my life, my vision is clear. I aspire to enter the realm of real estate with a special emphasis on agricultural properties. My ultimate goal is to own and operate my own real estate business, where I can combine my in-depth knowledge of the agricultural sector with my burgeoning expertise in real estate to create value and opportunity for clients and the industry as a whole.

Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I relish my time enjoying sports, and above all, being in the company of friends and family. These moments of connection and relaxation provide the necessary balance to my industrious and passionate life.
